Common sense would tell anyone that you can’t get more and spend less. Well, you’d think it would tell anyone. To read the propaganda of political lobby’s like the AMA, you might think differently. But if a person wants the truth about a given subject, its usually best to ask the ones in the front lines, the ones who actually know.
According to a very recent survey taken directly to physicians (not the AMA), four out of nine (45%) American doctors say they would consider quitting or taking early retirement if the current health care proposals become law! Why? They oppose rationing health care. And the bottom line is you can’t get more quantity and spend less, and retain the same quality. That’s where common sense, seemingly in so short supply these days, comes in.
