My friend Jerry Kennedy, who has spent much of his career in sales, recently released a motivational audio program for those of us in sales. He does a nice job of re-focusing us sales people on things that are important in sales.
One of the things he mentions which is so very true is that to sell a product, a person needs to have a passion for it. That is to say, we must be believers in what we sell. Some people sell, anything, just to make money. But they lose out on the biggest advantage of being in sales, the satisfaction of really helping people.
It is the reason I write this blog. I want people to understand some point before they speak to me. I strive to encourage people to contact me because if I have written on it, I can help you get what you need and I can often do this at substantial savings by directing you to an insurer who will insure you at a reasonable cost.
I write on the subjects that matter to me, the things I am passionate about.
For my retired and soon-to-be retired readers, I write on Medicare and Medicare Advantage products. I write on putting a final expense plan in place (and show you how to do this for a very low cost), I write on Long Term Care insurance and I write on annuities (I am very conservative in this area). Its because I want to help and I have the knowledge to do so.
For families and individuals, I write about medical insurance, dental insurance and life insurance. Did you know that with only a few dollars a month – you can literally create a large estate should you meet with misfortune. No other product that I know of can do what life insurance can do. And for you younger adults, you can provide for your young families at a VERY LOW cost.
