CMS again changes the 2010 rules regarding prescription plans …
CMS has adjusted their 2010 co-pay and out of pocket levels for Medicare Part D (this is the prescription drug plans). The levels approved didn’t even last a week.
2010 Part D deductible = $310 (versus $305 initially reported)
2010 Initial Coverage = $2,830 (versus $2,780 initially reported)
2010 Max OOP = $4,550 (versus $4,500 initially [...]
